Subscribe to our calendars

Subscribing to our calendars means that whenever we update any information on any of the calendars you subscribe to, your calendar program will download those updates the next time you open it. On Macintosh, the iCal program is what is used to subscribe to these calendars. On Windows, you can use Outlook 2007 to subscribe to these calendars.

On Macintosh with iCal, copy one of the calendar links below. Then, in iCal, choose "Subscribe" from the "Calendar" menu. Paste the link into the field and press the "Subscribe" button. iCal will then download information about the calendar and present you with another dialog. On this dialog, you can name the subscription if you wish, change the color of the events, and some other things. To make sure you get updates when we update our calendar, change the Auto-refresh drop-down menu to something other than "No". We recommend setting it to "Every day". Repeat for every calendar you wish to subscribe to.

On Windows with Outlook 2007, copy one of the calendar links below. Then, in Outlook, choose "Account Options" from the "Tools" menu. Next, select the "Internet Calendars" tab. Press the "New" button and then paste the link into the field and press the "Add" button. Repeat for every calendar you wish to subscribe to.
